Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (as low of fat as you can find) with honey! Don’t go overboard with the honey, just do enough to get a nice flavor. I used to eat this as a child, sometimes I added wheat germ to it. its pretty healthy and usually really natural.
My dad made low fat raspberry pancakes for breakfast
I did pretty good at lunch I went to the Olive Garden, and I had one bowl of soup, one bowl of salad and a couple breadsticks. the only thing i really splurged on was my dessert. I had a piece of cheesecake. I’m allowing myself to splurge a little as i ease into the lifestyle change, so that the transition is easier. As I progress, I wil slowly shut myself off from sweets. I did pick up some non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt to have a snack at night.
